THCA, in its raw form, has no psychoactive effects, However, once THCA is heated (a lighter sparking a joint), it decarboxylates and converts to THC and gets you high. The effects from THCA Hemp are the same as the flower you would pick up at your local dispensary.

Yes! THCA is 100% federally legal. The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, commonly known as the Farm Bill, legalized hemp. It defines hemp as cannabis with less than 0.3% THC by dry weight, distinguishing it from marijuana. The hemp we grow on the farm is high in THCA, but below the 0.3% THC threshold.
