• Peaceful Pines currently offers free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.

• Standard shipping on orders under $100 is $9.99.

• Most orders ship within 2 business days of being placed.

• The shipping time selected at checkout does not include fulfillment time

• All orders will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your order is shipped

• Approximate transit time for domestic orders: 2-5 business days 

General Information 
All orders are subject to verification and quality controls prior to shipment.
Peaceful Pines is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control, such as poor weather conditions, acts of god, natural disasters, or customs delays in the recipient country.

What Happens If Accidentally Put Down The Wrong Address?
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we, unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will attempt to update your delivery address if your item has not been dispatched.

Public/Shared Addresses
If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and we will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
